Edson Braz ("Developer", "we", "our") operates Gap Runner. This Privacy Policy describes how information is handled when you use our app.
All game data is stored on your device only:
We do not create user accounts, and we do not collect personal information.
Gap Runner integrates with Apple Game Center to provide leaderboards and achievements. When you sign in to Game Center, Apple may process your player display name and gameplay data (high score, highest zone reached, achievement progress).
We submit two leaderboards (high score, highest zone) and 10 achievements (zone milestones, score milestones, power-up collection, close calls). This data is processed by Apple according to their privacy practices.
Gap Runner does not track users across other apps or websites. We do not use any advertising SDKs and do not request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) consent because there is no tracking to consent to.
Local data is used solely to save your game progress and preferences. Game Center data is used to display leaderboards and track achievement progress. We do not profile users, engage in cross-app tracking, or use data for marketing purposes.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your data. The only third party that receives gameplay data is Apple, through Game Center, for leaderboard and achievement functionality.
Gap Runner is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. We do not collect personal information from any user, including children. No registration or account creation is required to play.
All game data is stored locally on your device and is automatically deleted when you uninstall the app. Game Center data (leaderboard scores and achievements) is managed by Apple and subject to their retention policies. We do not maintain any server-side databases.
Because no data is stored on our servers, there is no server-side data to request or delete. To remove all local game data, simply uninstall the app. To manage Game Center data, visit your Apple ID settings.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
